Kelly Schmaltz,

Kelly grew up in Saskatchewan, and lives in Calgary, Alberta. She has a Master's Degree in Christian Counselling with a major in Psychology and a minor in Theology.  Her education was out of Briercrest College, The University of Regina, and Victory Bible College. She has a passion to see people achieve their highest potential and to that end has dedicated her life.

Kelly has been married to her husband Justin since 2003. They have two small children and enjoy watching them grow. Kelly loves to see people make positive changes that increase their quality of life and is dedicated to helping people change.

Henry J Friesen,

Henry J. Friesen was involved in ministry including counselling since 1968 and received his education in various schools. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Briercrest Schools in 1979. He received his Master of Theological Studies with a major in Counselling (M.T.S.C.) degree from Trinity Western University and Northwest Baptist Theological Seminary in 1994. Henry is also a Registered Social Worker (R.S.W) with the Alberta Association of Registered Social Workers. Crown Counselling is a ministry of caring for persons in need by encouraging them to make right choices in order that they may reach their fullest potential, "Restoring to Dignity."

Henry has been married to his wife Tina since 1964. They have four adult children and several, wonderful grandchildren. Henry's honesty, hard work and perseverance have developed and maintained a reputable business and ministry to people in need.
